The Tufco Decorative Chip System (DC) is a seamless flooring system that combines long-lasting protection with architectural beauty. Tufco DC floors incorporate colored acrylic chips in a resin matrix tailored to specific physical and chemical needs.
Typically, an epoxy is used as the base coat of our DC floors to provide excellent adhesion and strength. The fill coat is a 100% solid epoxy resin that uses hydrogenated epoxy technology to provide maximum UV stability. The finish coat is a unique 100% solid automotive-grade polyurea. This coating provides excellent impact and wear resistance, as well as superior color and gloss retention.
